Heirloom Tomato Salad

Directions

  1. 1. Place tomatoes and spinach in a large bowl
  2. 2. Mix in salt, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and sage.
  3. 3. Whisk together dressing ingredients; toss with salad.
  4. 4. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours
  5. 5. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut-up PrimeVine heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • ¼ dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • Dressing:
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
