Roasted Grape Tomato Bruschetta

Roasted Grape Tomato Bruschetta

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 2. Line a large sheet of parchment paper and set it off to the side.
  3. 3. Spread the PrimeVine Grape Tomato mixture across parchment paper.
  4. 4. Nestle the oregano between tomatoes.
  5. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, brush 1 tbsp. of olive oil over the sliced ciabatta bread.
  7. 7. Preheat a grill pan and place it the bread cut side down onto the pan and toast till deep golden brown grill marks.
  8. 8. Rub a garlic clove over the sliced grilled bread.
  9. 9. Top with fresh PrimeVine Grape Tomatoes and garnish with fresh oregano.
  10. 10. Drizzle olive oil over Bruschetta then slice into wedges and serve!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb PrimeVine Grape Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic (peeled and smashed)
  • Salt (add to your preference)
  • Balck Pepper (add to your preference)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil (1 extra tbsp. for brushing over)
  • 3 Large springs of fresh Oregano (+1 tsp. of garnish)
  • 1 demi ciabatta bread
